Why “Verity”
Verity means truth. That’s the whole business plan.
Joe has spent over twelve years in the trade. Long enough to see the same thing far too often: customers let down by people who never turned up, or talked into a brand new boiler when a straightforward repair would have done the job.
He built Verity Heating Solutions to be the opposite of that. Honesty, integrity and transparency, so you get the real picture, the real options, and the peace of mind to decide how you want to proceed. Never pushed toward a cost you don’t need.
Verity is an old word for truth. It isn’t a slogan. It’s the way he already worked, now written on the van.

For years Joe worked eight to four for a company, then took on his own jobs in the evenings and at weekends. Eight years of long days and late finishes, one honest job at a time.
That is how the business was really built. Quietly, on reputation, with customers who kept coming back and passing his number on. Now he’s driving it forward properly, full time.
